- Trade and ticket bank administration and recordkeeping
- Provides telephone administration for extension modifications, etc. Liaison with internal telecom personnel
- Compiles bi-weekly timecards and make adjustments/corrections as necessary and obtain appropriate manager signatures.
- Completes add/change forms for new hires, terminated employees, etc.
- Maintains phone lists, subscription lists, locker lists, pager lists, etc
- Keeps reception area, kitchen and conference room clean and in order
- Miscellaneous duties and special projects as required
